Wow! I chose combo package 1 which includes shampoo and facial and it was honestly the best experience I've ever had. I've tried the head spa service in Japan, but the service here is really better and much more affordable! My technician was Kim, she was amazing. I like the nourishing shampoo style that involves scratching my scalp with my fingernails, and Kim does it perfectly. She is also very friendly and professional, thank you very much Kim! This place is also very nice and easy to find. 5/5 stars, highly recommend the experience!
I had an absolutely wonderful, relaxing and truly pampered experience at this spa. From start to finish, everything was perfect. The full body massage was extremely soothing, and the facial and hair spa Combo package was excellent - I left feeling completely refreshed and full of energy. A special thank you to Hai Linh for her excellent service that exceeded expectations. She is truly dedicated and you can feel her sincere passion for customer satisfaction. Her thoughtfulness, care, and professionalism made this experience that much more memorable. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to rest and treat themselves to a quality service.
If you are in Hanoi, you must visit this place! I have been to many spas in Asia and this is my favorite. The house is beautiful and the staff is lovely. I did the 75 minute head spa treatment which included a facial and back massage! It feels like heaven and my hair is absolutely amazing. Be sure to go to this location as they have two locations. The price of 450k for this treatment is really a great value for the money.
